Flannel is an Iowa City four-piece that plays original Country, Rock and Americana with a distinct Midwestern tilt. They are known for tight melodic harmonies and insightful lyrics. Along with "traditional" country, they stretch the boundaries of the genre. On their newest CD, "Wrong From Right" is an unexpected blend of country and reggae.
The Tornadoes have been playing together since 1997 and their repertoire includes classic electric blues, with songs by Muddy Waters, Willie Dixon, Little Walter, Robert Cray, B.B. King, Little Charlie & the Nightcats, and the Fabulous Thunderbirds.

Join our team!
Cancer is one of the great equalizers. The promise of a child, the aspirations of a teenager, the love of a mom or dad, the ambitions of a farmer, or CEO, or politician, or professional athlete mean nothing to cancer cells. It touches people from all walks of life and, for many of us, it's touched someone we care about.
Join us as we fight back. Let's embrace the cancer community to create an event that will give back long after we climb off our bikes. Committees are being formed and we need more caring people to join us as we truly make a difference in this world. The best part? We will do this in the spirit of camaraderie with others who care. Considering helping out? Volunteer help is always appreciated and positions are open for the ride on August 27th. Please do not hesitate to e-mail us and sign up!
